A separation file can be prepared for you once a design is complete, this is a Adobe Illustrator file with the design at actual size, with registration marks, titles and color names added. This file is usually sent to a screen printer so they can make their screens. The sep file set up is usually a minimal extra fee. There are many ways of achieving T-shirt designs these days, so please mention to me if you will be needing a sep file. This sep file usually has to be printed out on a black & white postscript printer on vellum paper, if you need actual vellum paper print outs, I can also supply these, as an extra fee the price list is below, shipping will also be an extra fee which will be determined by location.
